I'm a computer engineer passionate about embedded systems, hardware-software integration, and building technology that drives real-world change. I earned my bachelor's from UT Arlington and am currently pursuing a master’s in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Michigan.

My interests lie at the intersection of innovation and impact—especially in health tech, climate tech, and sustainable systems. Outside of engineering, I enjoy hiking, running, and exploring the outdoors, where I find inspiration for building a better, more connected world.

Embedded Systems Engineer

  • Developing a low-cost Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) for light electric vehicles using mmWave radar.
  • Implementing sensor fusion algorithms, including Kalman filters and occupancy grid mapping, to enhance object detection and collision avoidance.
  • Writing custom firmware for the TI mmWave sensor to control data acquisition, configure radar parameters, and interface with downstream perception modules.

  • Developed a Bluetooth-based head tracker with Xiao nRF52840 and Adafruit BNO08X IMU, including firmware for BLE communication and custom PCB design from prototyping to production
  • Designed and built a handheld device housing Raspberry Pi and STM32, integrating camera, microphone, IMU, LiDARs, and sensors with KiCad PCB design and optimized firmware using C, C++, and Python.
  • Implemented parallel programming on Raspberry Pi to handle real-time video, audio, and sensor data and streamed this over a local TCP network.
  • Optimized and debugged hardware-software systems, ensuring seamless integration, efficient data handling, and manufacturability.
